Freshly picked lemons from the branch in season are grated and left to rest overnight with sugar.

It is bottled untouched by hand, under hygienic conditions. It is stored in -40 degree warehouses and delivered to you in -18 degree refrigerated vehicles to reach you in the freshest way.
